SikaTop® 550 Seal is a high-performance, two-component flexible waterproofing mortar based on acrylic polymers and cementitious powder. Once mixed, it forms a durable, seamless, and flexible waterproof coating ideal for protecting concrete and masonry surfaces against water ingress, chloride attack, and atmospheric gases.

Easy to apply with a brush, roller, or trowel, SikaTop® 550 is suitable for roofs, foundations, retaining walls, water tanks, balconies, and any surface requiring a breathable yet waterproof protective barrier. It adheres strongly to both porous and non-porous substrates and can be applied even on 24-hour-old concrete — providing immediate protection.

Its high solar reflectivity (white color option) helps reduce heat absorption, making it ideal for roof applications.
