Mapei Ultracolor Plus is a premium fast-setting, rapid-drying, polymer-modified grout engineered for high-traffic residential, commercial, and industrial tile installations. Formulated without Portland cement, it offers superior color consistency, exceptional durability, and advanced resistance to water, stains, and mould.

This grout incorporates BioBlock® technology to inhibit mould formation and DropEffect® technology to reduce surface water absorption—making maintenance easier and extending the lifespan of tiled surfaces. Its anti-efflorescence formulation ensures a uniform, streak-free color finish, even in challenging environments.

Ultracolor Plus is certified for very low VOC emissions, making it safe for indoor use, and its entire lifecycle CO₂ emissions are fully offset through verified environmental projects under Mapei’s Zero Line initiative.
