Sika® Igolflex®-620 Rubberized Bituminous Waterproofing Emulsion – 200 LTR

Sika® Igolflex®-620 is a thixotropic dark brown rubberized bitumen emulsion that dries to form a tough, flexible, black, seamless membrane. Designed for damp-proofing and vapour-proofing, it adheres excellently to a wide variety of substrates including concrete, brick, and masonry, and is suitable for use in hot and tropical climates.

Applications:

• Damp-proofing: Impervious membrane on concrete and brick structures.

• Floors: As a sandwich membrane in new constructions or as a surface treatment.

• Walls: Protects interior and exterior walls.

• Roofs: Acts as a vapour barrier on roof decks and a protective coating over insulation.

Application Information:

• Consumption: ~0.50–0.65 L/m² per coat (minimum 2 coats)

• Substrate Temperature: +5°C to +55°C

• Overcoating Waiting Time: ~6–8 hours per coat

• Drying Time: ~3–5 days depending on ambient conditions

• Can be applied immediately to green concrete after shutter removal

• Protect freshly applied membrane from water contact until fully cured
