Terraco Maxi Roof Coating is a one-pack, economical and flexible waterproofing solution formulated for roofs exposed to extreme weather conditions. Made from high-performance acrylic resins and weather-resistant fillers, it forms a seamless, breathable coating that remains strongly anchored to the substrate.
Suitable for a wide range of roof materials including concrete, lightweight concrete, tiles, wood, galvanized steel, asphalt and asbestos cement. Also recommended as a UV-protective topcoat over closed-cell polyurethane foam roof insulation.
