Terraco Maxispray FC is a premium acrylic-based, ready-mixed finishing compound designed to level and smooth concrete and rendered surfaces up to 2mm thickness. It delivers a high-quality finish that eliminates the need for additional fillers or primers before painting.
Ideal for both new construction and renovation projects, Maxispray FC can be applied on precast or conventional buildings, fair-faced concrete, sand/cement render, and leveled brickwork. It also serves as the perfect finishing coat over Terraco Sprayplaster Basecoat systems. When used on ceilings, it may be left as a spray textured finish without extra decoration.

Recommended Use:
Interior non-wet areas requiring a smooth finishing layer up to 2mm thickness.
Application Method:
Apply via spray or trowel in 2 coats (max 1.3 mm per coat). Level with a steel spatula. Allow 6–8 hours drying between coats.
